flashBAC allows the generation of single and multiple recombinant viruses in one eash step by homologous recombination in insect cells, without the need for plaque purificatio. baculoQUANT is a rapid method for the titration of baculoviruses, being designed to give accurate titres within 2-6 hours (dpending on the the number of viruses).

titrePLUS is a new combinantion kit, bringing together both of the above technologies into a single format, providing a unique 'off-the-shelf' solution to making recombinant viruses.

Using this kit researchers can rapidly make single or multiple recombinant viruses in a single step procedure ad then obtain titre(s) on the same day as harvest.
