Crosstex Growth Promotion Test Suspensions provide a quality control challenge to each batch or lot of medium, ensuring its growth promoting qualities, whether it is prepared from basic ingredients or purchased commercially prepared. Simply inoculate each batch or lot of medium and incubate under the appropriate growth conditions. Visible growth after incubation indicates the culture media is conducive to organism growth.

Growth Promotion Test Suspensions
Go to Sterilisation Products websiteCrosstex Growth Promotion Test Suspensions are ready-to-use microbial suspensions that meet the requirements for media performance testing. All suspensions comply with the requirement for a population of <100 colony forming units (CFU) per 0.1mL of suspension and are guaranteed to be within five passages of the stock culture. Growth Promotion Test Suspensions are provided as pure cultures in either 2.5mL or 10mL volumes containing 25 or 100 doses (0.1mL/dose).
