 Microbiologics® specialises in producing lyophilised reference stock cultures for quality control laboratories. Ready-to-use reference stock cultures will alleviate labour-intensive processes of preparing, storing, and maintaining in-house cultures.
Each lyophilised microorganism is no more than four passages from the reference culture and is authentic and traceable. Microorganism strains are derived from well-known culture collections from around the world including ATCC®, NCIMB, NCTC and more.

EZ-Accu Shot™ lyophilised microorganism preparations deliver less than 100 CFU per 0.1mL of challenge suspension without the need for dilution. A single pellet instantly dissolves in the solution provided and each suspensioin is sufficient for 10 x 0.1mL innoculations. |

Growth Promotion Challenges for Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Dietry Supplement/Nutraceutical Laboratories.
EZ-CFU™ lyophilised microorganism preparations deliver less than 100 CFU per 0.1 mL of challenge suspensioin when processed as directed. A one log dilution in pH 7.2 phosphate buffer is required. Following the dilution step, over 90 tests can be completed using the same suspension. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation. |

EZ-CFU™ One Step deliver less than 100 CFU per 0.1 mL of challenge suspension when processed as directed without the need for the dilution step which is required with EZ-CFU™. Up to 19 tests per 2 mL aliquot or 190 total tests per kit can be completed. EZ-CFU™ One Step produces a durable, non-foaming suspension that is ready to be added to the challenge material 30 minutes after the hydration step. |

EZ-PEC™ enumerated lyophilised microorganism preparations are designed to provide the required microorganism challenge concentrations for Antimicrobial Effectiveness and Preservative Efficacy Tests. EZ-PEC™ lyophilised microorganism preparations are guaranteed to deliver a final concentration of 1.0x105 to 1.0x106 CFU per mL of product to be tested when processed as directed. For convenient documentation, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included on the products label. |

| Enumerated Challenge Microorganisms for Multiple Applications
Enumerated microorganism preparations are quickly becoming one of the most valuable tools available to quality control laboratories. Laboratories can utilise Epower™ microorganisms to perform essential quality control functions including microbial detection and enumeration, equipment calibration, method validation, bioburden determination, and antibacterial effectiveness and lethality testing. Epower™ microorganisms can be easily manipulated to deliver a wide variety of concentrations.
They are available in concentrations ranging from 1x102 to 1x108 CFU per pellet. Epower™ microorganisms can be used individually or several Epower™ micro-organisms can be combined for a mixed microorganism population challenge. |
