| NEW DNA Polymerase |
| InBlood Polymerase |
InBlood DNA polymerase is a mixture of several proprietary thermostable polymerases designed for effective PCR of templates directly from blood, without DNA purification. InBlood DNA polymerase can effectively produce PCR fragment up to 1.5 kb in length at 1-25% (v/v) of blood in the reaction mixture. Hot Start feature provides high sensitivity of PCR tests with increased specificity and low background level.
| Applications: |
| |
• |
Found effective on human, mouse, rat, cat, dog, cow, sheep, pig and some species of birds such as hen and pidgeon |
| |
• |
Fresh or frozen blood collected with/without EDTA or Na-citrate can be used for PCR. Blood spots on
paper/swabs can also be used. |
| |
• |
Optimal concentration of human blood in the reaction mixture is 5-10%. Maximal concentration of human blood in the reaction mixture is 20-25%. |
| Features: |
| |
• |
5’-3’ polymerase activity |
| |
• |
3’-5’ exonuclase (Proof-reading) activity |
| |
• |
High specificity |
| |

| NEW DNA Polymerase |
| SNPase for SNP Detection |
SNPase is Taq DNA Polymerase with N-terminal deletion and prioprietary amino acids substitutions introduced into the active center of the enzyme. This modification causes dramatic increase of sensitivity of the enzyme to mismatches at 3’-end of the primer. Consequently, non-perfect annealing of the primers does not result in the formation of unspecific amplicons.
| Applications: |
| |
• |
SNP-genotyping, allele specific PCR, allele specific primer extension, mini-sequencing |
| |
• |
Highly specific PCR |
| |
• |
Multiplex PCR |
| |
• |
Highest fidelity PCR |
| |
• |
Real Time PCR with intercalating dyes (SYBR Green, Eva Green) |
| Features: |
| |
• |
High sensitivity to mismatches at 3’end of primers |
| |
• |
High fidelity of dNTPs and ddNTPs incorporation |
| |
• |
Lack of 5’- and 3’- exonuclease activity |
| |
• |
High specificity, low level of background PCR |
