Information on our Freight Charges
BioNovus Life Sciences will apply the Minimum "Packing, Handling and Delivery" Fee to orders with delivery addresses in:
  • Australian states, the ACT and Northern Territory
For deliveries to addresses in other Australian locations and for deliveries to addresses in New Zealand and any other overseas destinations the "Packing, Handling and Delivery Fee" will be determine on a per order basis.

Note 1: This is a fixed price "Packing, Handling and Delivery Charge" providing the packed weight of the Satchel or the Small Cardboard Carton does not exceed 3kg.
   
Note 2: The following applies to cardboard cartons:
  • Small Cardboard Cartons - Maximum packed weight of 3kg and a total volume of less than 22 x 22 x 22 cm or equivalent volume
  • Cardboard Cartons - Maximum packed weight of 5 kg and a total volume of less than 27 x 27 x 27cm or equivlanent volume
  • For Cardboard Cartons (either with or without an inner Styrofoam container) exceeding these dimensions or packed weight, a higher "Packing, Handling and Delivery Fee" may be applied.
   
Note 3: As shipments containing "Dry Ice" are classified as "Class 9 Dangerous Goods" and under IATA Regularions, the Fee Charged reflects the surcharge applied by domestic airfreight companies for the handling and transportation of "Dry Ice" shipments.
   
Note 4: Other products may contain "Dangerous Goods" other than "Dry Ice" and under IATA Regularions, the Fee Charged reflects the surcharge applied by domestic airfreight companies for the handling and transportation of "Dangerous Goods".
   
Note 5: All "Minimum Fees Charged" are exclusive of GST.
